Scratchy the Russian Tortoise

Scratchy came to JRAAR on 4/26/25 at the Exotic Pet Surrender Event in Baldwin because his owner wants him to go to someone that knows about his species. . 
They love romaine lettuce, kale, sweet potato, carrots, and bell peppers.
