Touka the Cockatiel

They came to JRAAR at the Exotic Pet Surrender Event in Beloit on 6/21/25 because their owner, who got them from a breeder in Janesville, didn't have enough time for them.  They really enjoy eating roudybush food and millet and love hanging toys.
