Astrea Snail 🐌

Astrea snails are popular cleanup crew members because they do a great job eating algae off rocks, glass, and decorations. They are peaceful, reef-safe, and a great addition to many marine tanks.
 
These snails do best in stable saltwater aquariums with good water quality and plenty of natural algae or supplemental foods available.
 
One important thing to know is that Astrea snails can sometimes struggle to flip themselves back over if they fall upside down, so it’s a good idea to check on them regularly.
