Bambi the Cockatiel

They came to JRAAR on 2/17/26 from a hoarding situation.  
They are blind so we are asking potential adopters to name their adoption fee.
Must be adopted into a home with other cockatiels or with a buddy. 
They’ve completed antibiotic treatments as of 2/28/27
