Barney the Amazon Parrot

Barney is a 30 or so year old parrot that came to JRAAR on 5/12/26 because his owners were elderly and they want him to have a good home. 
He seems to like women but will step up for guys as long as they’re wearing his favorite oven mitt. 
Interested adopters must make appointments to meet him 3 times before they can adopt him.
