📏 Adult Size: Typically 4–6 inches long
🍽️ Diet: Omnivorous! Loves pellets, flakes, frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, and blanched vegetables like zucchini or spinach

🏠 Housing Requirements:
– Minimum 30-gallon tank for a single fish
– Add 10–15 gallons for each additional cichlid
– Plenty of caves and hiding spots (they’re very territorial)
– Sand or fine gravel substrate
– Tank mates? Only with caution—best housed with other semi-aggressive species

– Temperature: 74–82°F
– pH: 6.5–8.0
– Regular water changes and strong filtration are important
