The were surrendered to JRAAR on 8/12/26 because their owner, who had him or 16 years, couldn’t care for him any more.
They’re a NR-40 prohibited species in Wisconsin and any Wisconsin sin adopter would need a permit to adopt him.
In order to ensure the best care for Buddy we require three appointments to meet him before you can take him home.
