These Cleaner Shrimp have been with J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue for a while now and are still looking for homes in saltwater aquariums.
 
Cleaner Shrimp are peaceful and active marine invertebrates that are loved by many reef keepers. They are known for their cleaning behavior and may pick parasites or dead tissue from fish that allow it. They also help clean up leftover food around the tank.
 
With their bright colors and long white antennae, Cleaner Shrimp quickly become one of the most entertaining animals in an aquarium. They do best in stable saltwater setups with good water quality, plenty of rockwork, and peaceful tankmates.
 
These shrimp are reef-safe and are a great addition to many community marine aquariums.
We would love to see these little helpers finally find homes where they can thrive and keep busy cleaning their tanks.
