Coral Banded Shrimp are eye-catching marine invertebrates known for their long white antennae, striped claws, and bold personalities. They spend much of their time hiding among rocks and caves before coming out to scavenge for leftover food.
 
These shrimp can help clean up uneaten food in an aquarium, but they may become territorial toward other shrimp or very small tankmates, especially in smaller tanks. They do best in stable saltwater aquariums with plenty of hiding spots and rockwork.
 
Coral Banded Shrimp are fun to watch and quickly become one of the most interesting animals in the tank.
 
We would love to see this shrimp finally find a peaceful marine home of its own.
