Miss Turtle came to J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue on 2/28/26 at the Exotic Pet Surrender Event in Monroe because her owner, who got her from family, could no longer care for her.
 
She is about 3 years old and is an active turtle who enjoys swimming, exploring, and basking.
 
Cooters need a large aquatic setup with clean water, strong filtration, and a basking area with heat and UVB lighting.
 
Miss Turtle is looking for a stable home that can give her the space and care she needs to grow and thrive.
