This bonded pair of Clownfish came to J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue on 5/30/26 during the Exotic Pet Surrender Event in Marinette after their owner could no longer care for them. Now they're looking for a forever reef tank where they can stay together and continue their underwater adventures.
 
Clownfish are among the most recognizable saltwater fish in the world. They're hardy, full of personality, and often become the stars of the aquarium. These two enjoy swimming together and make a wonderful addition to a peaceful marine setup.

• Lifespan: 10–20+ years
• Tank size: 30+ gallons
• Water temperature: 76–80°F
• Salinity: 1.023–1.026
• Diet: Marine pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, and other meaty foods
• Best kept in a stable saltwater aquarium with excellent water quality
 
Clownfish are active, curious fish that can recognize their surroundings and often greet their keepers at feeding time. With proper care, this pair has many happy years ahead.
