Polar Parrot Cichlid šš©µ
These Polar Parrot Cichlids have been with J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue for a while now.
Polar Parrots are hybrid cichlids known for their round bodies, beautiful coloring, and big personalities. They are active, curious fish that are fun to watch as they explore their aquarium and interact with their surroundings.
Like many cichlids, Polar Parrots can be territorial and semi-aggressive, especially when breeding. Tankmates should be chosen carefully, and plenty of hiding places can help everyone have their own space.
š§ Care Basics:
ā¢ Freshwater aquarium with good filtration
ā¢ Rocks, caves, and other hiding spots
ā¢ Plenty of swimming room
ā¢ Carefully chosen tankmates
ā¢ Quality cichlid pellets and a varied diet
These unique fish have tons of personality packed into a colorful little body. We would love to see this Polar Parrot finally find the right aquarium to call home.
