📅 Lifespan: 8–10 years
💤 Temperament: Peaceful and social—great for community tanks
🏠 Tank Size: Minimum 55 gallons for one; larger for groups
🌡️ Water Temp: 75–79°F
⚖️ pH: 6.5–7.5
💧 Water Hardness: 5–20 dGH

🍽️ Diet: Omnivore
– Excellent algae eaters but also enjoy sinking algae wafers and spirulina pellets
